Health & Safety

We recognise that the health, safety and wellbeing of those attending your event will be of paramount importance to you when organising that event.
As a company In Your Space Event Management can help you to meet your Health & Safety obligations. We provide a fully qualified Health & Safety Advisor. They advise on all aspects of your event health, safety and welfare planning including risk assessments.
Our Health & Safety advisor is NEBOSH and IOSH qualified. They are Emergency Planning College trained and have extensive training, knowledge and experience in the field of Event Health & Safety Management.

Insurance

We have access to insurance suppliers who specialise in events. We can arrange public and employers’ liability insurance to cover any eventuality and ensure your peace of mind. In addition, we insist that all of our suppliers carry the relevant insurances to carry out their work if included in your event.

Vetting

We are a registered body with Access N.I. clearance. All of our event managers have full enhanced Access N.I. checks carried out and are regularly updated on the protection of children and vulnerable adults in accordance with company policy.
